Which email clients does the exported HTML work in?
Emailify exports responsive HTML built on MJML with table-based fallbacks, so it renders in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and 30+ other clients, and includes a compatibility layer for the known New Outlook column-stacking issue. Dark-mode overrides and custom web fonts only display in Apple Mail, which is a limit of the other clients, so set web-safe fallback fonts and test with Litmus, Email on Acid or Mailgun Inspect before sending.
Can I use an email I already designed in Figma?
Emailify exports emails built from its own components, which is what makes the HTML reliably responsive, so a design made without the plugin is rebuilt from the 500+ component library first. That usually takes minutes, and the rebuilt email becomes a reusable template.
Can my developer edit the exported code?
Yes. The export is standard HTML you can edit or hand to a developer, Emailify can also export the MJML source, and you can add global custom code to every export.
Can I use custom fonts?
Yes, where email clients allow it. Paste a .woff or .woff2 font URL in Configure Fonts and the export embeds it for Apple Mail on iOS and macOS; every other client shows the web-safe fallback font you choose, which you can preview in the plugin.
How do I get the email into Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot?
Choose your platform in the export panel. Emailify supports 40+ platforms through a direct template upload, a draft, or an HTML import depending on the platform, and the integrations guide shows the steps for each.
How does a licence work for a team?
One seat is one Figma user. Buy the seats you need, share the licence key, and when someone leaves or joins, reassign their seat in the Hypermatic License Manager without buying a new licence.
